While we do offer many hotel choices, the majority of our students choose the Balboa Beach as it is our headquarters party property for spring break as it is 100% all students, a party, and an incredible value.

The Azteca is a simple, clean hotel located in the heart of Mazatlan’s Golden Zone tourist area. When you walk out of the Azteca, it’s just 1 block to the beach. Each room has air conditioning in this three story property. You aren’t going to be in your hotel that much anyway.

The Club features our large two bedroom suites, as well as our standard Mountain View mini-suites with a pool & very good restaurant on location. This property adjoins our headquarters party hotel, the Balboa Towers. The Towers consists entirely of mini-suite mountain & ocean view standard rooms, & full one bedroom suites. The Towers is home to Maurico’s Beachfront Restaurant, and has a good pool area. We contract both entire properties, so nearly 100% spring breakers are assured & wild pool contests. Four hours of free margaritas included each day right at the pool bar with all trips. Centrally located to everything! All Inclusive Option Available with limited menu 8 a.m.-10 p.m.. As we have an enormous & differing amount of condo configurations here, large groups to Mazatlan are our specialty.

This full service resort features standard beach view rooms in quality along the lines of a Holiday Inn on the beach. Two bars, a nice wade in pool area, and a true party scene During the day at the pool make it a very popular upgrade choice amongst student travelers. Right on the beach with fun sand volleyball going on daily.
