While we do offer many condo choices, the majority of our students choose either our budget properties of Gulfview (small groups) or Galleon Bay (large groups) as they offer such an incredible value for spring break. Gulf view condos are very nice one bedroom/ one bathroom condos with a full size kitchen & living room… They have a nice pool & are 1000 feet to the beach. If you'd rather save the parties for the clubs, and want to be able to sleep at least one night in relative peace & quiet, this is a great choice! We have lots of units here...still a party & a sought after South Beach Area location

OUR = PARTY HEADQUARTERS and low cash, these oversized condos are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom & can accommodate up to 8 people. Each unit has a full kitchen, living room, and has a private balcony overlooking the sunsets on the water bayside. This complex is hook-up friendly as well with level-headed security. The Galleon Bay is situated in the North Beach Area on the bay side of the Island, three city blocks to the beach. Walk to Louies Backyard!
